Big Block Home Inspections is my baby. I`m the owner and the sole home inspector. I`ve been in the electrical and building industry for over 40 years. My professional training took place at the Humber School of Applied Technology – considered, by many, to be North America's premier home inspection college. I`m a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) which is the world's most elite, non-profit inspection association promoting excellence in the home inspection profession. Over the years, I`ve built and remodelled several homes, owned and operated several rental properties and spent many years supervising the maintenance of numerous commercial and residential projects. That experience, combined with fact that I devote 40-60 hours every year on continuing education so I can stay current on changes in the industry, ensures my clients receive the most informed counsel I am able to give. I have invested in the latest technology to assist me in providing you with a thorough evaluation of home systems and components.
All of my inspection evaluations are factual and honest. Occasionally, however, unintentional errors and omissions can occur. That`s why I not only invest in liability insurance but also carry Errors and Omissions Insurance - specifically designed to cover real estate transactions.
